As a life long songwriter Vanessa encourages all her students and clients to write original material. There is nothing wrong with cover's and there is definitely a place for them in the music industry but there is something very special about creating something of your own from scratch.
Vanessa's recent song writing streak lasted 41 days and in that time she wrote 43 songs.
Every Monday she features #MondayMusic on her Facebook page and uploads an acoustic video of one of the songs she wrote during this last songwriting challenge.
Additionally, Vanessa is encouraging songwriters to jump onboard with a 10 Day Song Writing Challenge beginning 1st July 2023 on Facebook.
